General Terms and Conditions Use of TRENDING TAPAS RESTAURANT Reservation Services

. 1.1. Reservation Services (including on-line reservations)

a. The Reservation services (and on-line reservation) are for the purpose of booking a reservation at Trending Tapas Restaurant. The use of these services implies full acceptance of this Reservation Policy. Any special requests (special dishes, table location, etc.) must be reported explicitly and in writing to the Restaurant and will be valid after express confirmation of the same by the reservations department of the Restaurant, and may incur additional costs.

b. Termination of the contract or cancellation of the reservation: The cancellation of reservations by the user will not result in early cancellation fees. After this time, and in the event that a prepayment has been made for specific services (theme dinners, special order dishes, birthday cakes, etc.) Trending Tapas Restaurant will charge 100% of these services, i.e. will not proceed to refund the amount already paid.

c. Special requests:

c.1. Location: Trending Tapas Restaurant does not guarantee the location of the table at the time of reservation. At all times, we will proceed to the notation of special requests regarding the location of the table of each reservation, without being able to guarantee them at any time.

c.2. Special diets: Trending Tapas Restaurant has dishes adapted for special diets such as celiac and vegetarian. In case you have any allergy or special diet it is essential that you inform us at the time of booking to inform the Chef and the Maître d'.

c.3. Special dishes or drinks: in case of requesting a special dish, a prepayment of 25€ per person will be requested as a guarantee. In this case, the reservations department will inform you of the possible methods of payment, and this amount will be deducted from the final bill on the day of the reservation, as a prepayment.

d. Cancellation. The client may at any time cancel or modify his/her reservation by contacting the Restaurant directly. In the event that the client does not show up without prior notice, we will cancel the reservation after the stipulated margin. The stipulated margin of tolerance for delays in reservations is 15 minutes.

e. The prices shown at the time of booking (Restaurant Charter) include VAT (or equivalent tax) according to the tax rate applicable at the time of booking. In the event that the tax rate changes between the date of the reservation and the date of the service generating a disparity, according to the law, the VAT or tax rate to be applied to the final price will be the one applicable at the time of delivery of the services (or the accrual of the tax), even in cases where this would cause an increase in relation to the final price indicated to the customer during the reservation.

f. Trending Tapas Restaurant reserves the right to modify the present Terms and/or General Conditions of Contract, informing the users of the modifications made through www.abadestriana.com.

1.2 The client undertakes to use the services in accordance with the Law, morality, good customs and public order, as well as with the provisions of these General Terms and/or Conditions of Contract. Consequently, the client is obliged not to use the services for purposes or effects that are illicit and/or contrary to what is established in the present Terms and/or General Conditions of Contract, harmful to the rights and/or interests of third parties or which, in any way, could damage the services, the Trending Tapas Restaurant and/or its image.

1.3. Trending Tapas Restaurant may, for greater flexibility and for the benefit of users, modify unilaterally, at any time and without notice, the services provided or the Terms of operation, technical and use of services. Similarly, customers, in order to improve the service and establish an optimal level of quality which is the ultimate goal of Trending Tapas Restaurant, may suggest those changes that they deem useful, by contacting those responsible for the page through the email address: trianaonline@abades.com

1.4. External portals: in the event that the customer makes reservations through portals outside the Trending Tapas Restaurant, the confirmation of the reservation will reach the user through the intermediary agent, and the customer must conform to the policies of the latter. In case of any inconvenience with any reservation Trending Tapas Restaurant will contact immediately with the intermediary to inform him, as well as with the final customer, if possible. Trending Tapas Restaurant cannot guarantee immediate availability through intermediaries and disclaims any responsibility in the management of erroneous reservations and / or confirmations by intermediaries.

1.5 Large table reservations: In the case of reservations for more than 6 people, the Restaurant will confirm each reservation by telephone on the same day in the morning. If we are unable to contact the number indicated, it is essential that the client confirms the reservation before 1:00 p.m.. Otherwise, the reservation will be automatically cancelled.
